The 1st payment is for the Porcelain, the 2nd payment is for shipping fees. Place your order through Paypal -- the total does not include shipping fees, it is for merchandise only. When your order is ready to ship, the box will be packed and weighted, I will contact the U.S. Postal Service's web site to obtain the actual postage. At that time you will recieve a Paypal Invoice requesting shipping fees. When the shipping fees are paid, the package will be shipped. The shipping fee is the exact fee charged by the post office, plus 4% Paypal charges for the transaction. |
