You would think they would take into consideration if you've never filed a claim. I know ours went up when the tree took out our roof, not to mention the other damage our premiums went up because it was the second claim of that size, but it has since gone back down cause we have not filed any new claims in the past several years. It's like we had to pay back for what we claimed. Hope you get good news.
