I tell you what, the older I get the more I hate the heat! Last Saturday we walked over to MickyD's for a double cheeseburger and shake.
Then we headed for our 4 mile walk (after drinking the milk shake we needed it! hehehe)

That was the hardest walk we've had in ages, worse yet, it was only 86 degrees!
