Gesh, I've been so busy at work and home these past few weeks I haven't been here to post.
Carole, hope you had a good holiday. I worked on the torch the entire time! Got burns to prove it too! One of these days I'll learn not to pick up the hot end of the glass rod. hehehe
I've got bunches of jewelry and things to post as soon as I get the time to set up my camera. I've been making long beads with my torch and then slumping them in the kiln to make watch bands. Also made a bunch of glass bracelets (slumping).
I am having a ball making this stuff. I'll have an even better ball if I can sell them!This weekend I want to make some fish to put on wine bottle stoppers. I've even made some fish and put in our aquarium, they look pretty neat.
Yes, I'm still working with porcelain too. I have a mermaid class this month. We'll be making Erina, Pearl and the sea imps. It will be a lot of fun.
